HGV Refresher Courses

A HGV refresher course is exactly that - a course for existing holders of HGV licences (Class C or Class C+E) to just refresh their knowledge.

There are very few, if any, sole HGV refresher course providers in the UK though I stand to be corrected.

The best route is to approach a HGV driver trainer. They are best placed to teach you the skills you need to continue a career in HGV road haulage.

Many HGV training companies run refresher courses which are similar to a normal HGV provisional driver training course except for the cost and the fact you already hold a licence.

There is no shame in having a refresher course and it is becoming compulsory. A so-called Driver CPC is coming into force soon with more details held over at the DSA site.
